Your account, fundraiser, and donation history moved with us. Go to Sign in, choose Forgot password, and enter the same email you used before — you'll get a secure link to set a new password. Sign in with it and your dashboard and history will be right where you left them.

Nothing — creating a fundraiser is free. When a donation comes in, a 3% platform fee plus standard card processing (2.9% + $0.30) is deducted, and the rest goes to your fundraiser. Donors may also leave an optional tip, which supports the platform and never comes out of your total.

Connect your bank securely through Stripe from your dashboard, then request a withdrawal of any amount above the minimum (currently $10). Our team reviews each request, and approved payouts typically reach your bank within a few business days.

The grant program lives at grant.giftofparenthood.org. Application cycles open throughout the year, and applying is separate from fundraising — you can do both.

Receipts are emailed instantly to the address you entered at checkout — check your spam or promotions folder first. Still missing? Send us a message below with the email you used and the fundraiser name, and we'll resend it.

Every monthly receipt email includes a link to manage your recurring gift. If you can't find it, message us with the email you donate under and we'll take care of it right away.

All payments are processed by Stripe with bank-level encryption — card details never touch our servers. No account is needed to donate, and you can choose to give anonymously.

Gift of Parenthood is not a 501(c)(3) organization, so donations are generally not tax-deductible. Please consult a tax advisor for guidance on your specific situation.
