My name is Dineo Ngwenya From South Africa. I have been trying to conceive for the past 15 years without any success. I did myomectomy in 2021 and both my tubes were removed because they were filled with fluid. My husband is the only one working and we cannot afford ivf cycles anymore because we did 3 cycles where only one was successfully but miscarried.
