My name is Adri, for the past 20 years I have dealt with infertility caused by endometriosis, at a young age I was told by doctors. Having a previous relationship I found out I was unable to conceive naturally, which destroyed me inside. Fast forward 10 years and I met the man I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. Thinking that we weren’t going to have any issues we kept trying and trying to conceive with no success. I ended up having surgery for endometriosis with no success of pregnancy then. Fast forward another 10 years and finally was able to afford IVF on a credit card but atleast I was able to go through the process. Thinking that one round would work I got the sad news that it had failed. Here we are today with devastation and broken hearted that I now find myself in the same position I was 20 years ago, with no baby and unable to afford another round. This process has broken me not knowing if I will ever be a mother here I still am only but wishing that my dream of being a mother will come true one day. I do not like asking anyone for anything let alone creating this fundraiser but here I am and letting you know my desire to be a mother before my time is too late. I am in my 40s and of course time is ticking. Thank you for listening to my short story.
