Since getting married in 2013, Chad and I have tried to start a family. We both went through testing while he was serving and they said everything was fine. After moving to Alabama, I found a new doctor who ran test again on myself and Chad. My doctor said he didn’t see anything concerning on the test so we started our treatment with fertility pills. We did the fertility pills for 6 rounds which is 6 months. While monitoring, he noticed I had cyst on my ovaries. He scheduled me to have a cyst removal but when he opened me up, he discovered I have endometriosis. He stated since the fertility pills were not working that we would try IUI. After a failed attempt at IUI the doctor had us come in to his office where he told us, IVF would be the only way possible for us to conceive.
