A little help goes a long way

Hello everyone! My name is Brenda and my fiancé name is Michael. I’m on this confusing & overwhelming journey to give a man that I love his first child. I have a daughter from a prior relationship. She will be 14 soon. In August of 2020, I found out I was expecting. I was 5 weeks & 6 days. The doctor told my to watch out for any possible miscarriage symptoms or signs & to be sure to return if I experienced anything worse than what I had went in for. Sadly, I did have to return & to my surprise I was not having a miscarriage, I was experiencing a rare ectopic pregnancy. My peanut didn’t fully make it out of my Fallopian tube and placed itself in the corner of my tube, causing what is called a cornual ectopic pregnancy. Like any ectopic, I had no choice and had to undergo a laparoscopic surgery to remove my tube & pregnancy. We were told after 6-9 months to try again. We did just that & here we are with no success. Why am I here? I recently had an HSG test to find out if my only tube remaining is blocked, which unfortunately, it is. With a blockage I cannot get pregnant and run the risk of a second ectopic, leaving me with my only choice of IVF. If you made it this far, thank you for reading my struggle. Im eager to try.
