Hello, my name is Michael and my wife's name is Leslie Ann. I am an active duty military member and she is a recently separated military vet. We are trying to start a family of our own and are unable to do it on our own. Due to complications and mistakes made during surgery done within military hospitals I can only supply semen by surgical extraction. My wife has complications as well and we have lost two children already. Our only option is TESE and IVF.
