Hello My name is Maiesha and my husband is Angelo. We have been married for 5 years. I’m 40 and my husband is 34. We have been together for 10 years. We are a military family, my husband is in the Air Force.

When we first met, we had very similar goals, to get our lives established so that we could bring a little one in to our lives. Getting our lives together took longer than planned when when we went to try, I was told I stopped producing eggs and that I only had one, possible two left. This was/is devastating. Of course, we don’t want to stop there and we don’t want to accept that it just can’t happen - no way. I was overweight and was not living a very healthy lifestyle, I have changed that now and we are ready to start the IVF process however, finically, living in California it’s a challenge. We love each other very much and want to bring a child that is ours into our lives and home. Angelo was raised by both of his parents and had a great childhood. Mine was not so great, didn’t have parents consistently in my life - I would love the opportunity to give a child of my own what I did not have.
