While my heart celebrates with them, it also breaks a little, as I patiently wait and wonder, “When will it be my turn?” Sometimes, I’m even the last to hear updates, because my loved ones know how deeply I long for a baby of my own. It’s a lonely and emotional journey, filled with hope and heartache. We’ve learned that IVF, along with necessary medications and doctor’s appointments, is our best chance.
