Hi! This is our story 💕 I married my high school sweetheart right in front of gorgeous Carolina Beach. We have one beautiful surviving child from a complicated twin pregnancy in 2015. Ever since, we’ve been yearning to add to our family but unfortunately a few medical conditions have made that impossible. I have had PCOS since I can remember, and recently found out I also have Hashimoto’s and hypothyroidism. We have recently started our fertility journey and the bills have started coming in. We’re hoping for a little bit of assistance to reach our goal of welcoming another baby to our family.
