My name is April and as some of you may or may not know, I suffer from PCOS. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome or more commonly known as PCOS, affects 7-10% of child bearing aged women. Unfortunately I am within that percentage. Although, Casey was blessed with 3 children and I am fortunate to be their stepmother, we would love to be able to have a child together. Infertility treatments can be outrageously expensive so we have took to social media in hopes of making our dreams come true.
