I am Palesa Mthembu, married to a loving man Siphiwe. We have been married for 6 yrs now. Everything has been great nut if has gotten yo a point where we feel the void. I was diagnosed with endometriosis which has blocked both my tubes. We have been told that IVF is the only option we have to ever growing our family.
