Their story

After years of hoping and struggling with infertility, my husband and I were overjoyed to learn we were expecting our second child. This pregnancy felt like a miracle we had almost stopped believing could happen for us. Now, that joy is mixed with worry. I've developed subchorionic bleeding and was diagnosed a circumvallate placenta which has made this a high-risk journey. My focus needs to be on staying healthy for our baby, which means frequent medical appointments, and unpredictable periods where I simply cannot work. The medical bills are mounting quickly, and with my unpaid time off, our budget is stretched beyond its limits. We're also trying to maintain normalcy for our wonderful toddler, which means keeping his childcare in place for the days I am able to work. The financial stress is immense at a time when we want to be focused solely on a healthy delivery. We are humbly asking for your support to help cover these overwhelming medical costs and essential childcare expenses. Every contribution will directly help ensure I can follow doctor's orders, reduce stress, and give both our baby and our toddler the care and stability they need. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for considering supporting our growing family. Your generosity will help us navigate this challenging chapter and bring our healthy baby home. Any funds raised with be used to cover the cost of medical bills and to keep our son in his childcare for the days I actually am able to work.

So baby is still small and I have had spotting. I’m now at the OB or MFM at least once a week sometimes twice.

Thank you to everybody, who is viewed and donated. We are still in need of all the help we can get. Baby’s growth rate has decelerated and he is now in the 18th percentile and I’ll be have ultrasounds every couple of weeks to monitor which means missing more work for the limited amount I can do already and more bills.
