Hi my name is Randi and for the past 10 years my husband (Dustin) and I have been trying to have a baby. Unfortunately it wasn't happening the fun way, so we started treatment for infertility with Dr. Ambler at Denver Fertility Albrecht Women's Care. After 2 years of treatment, we just had a successful cycle of IVF and have 4 healthy embryos, ready to implant! We also learned that my eggs have an extra hard shell (zona pellucida) that makes Dustin's sperm work way too hard, explaining why we had to utilize IVF. We're now at the point that we can go ahead with our first frozen embryo transfer (FET) but just need that extra bump to hopefully get that big bump! Everyone knows that IVF is expensive and FET is too, and that extra $2500 would help us finish paying the clinic and for the fertility medications. It's hard to ask for help, but we are financially maxed out and stressed, when we need to be less stressed.
