Beau and I have been trying to start a family for a couple years now.  I have diminished ovarian reserve, which makes our low chances due to my age even lower.  We’ve tried naturally, and we’ve done a couple timed/medicated cycles.  After a much needed break from the clinic, we’ve decided to move forward with IUI.  It’s a much more affordable option than IVF, but it still isn’t covered by insurance and has to be paid completely out of pocket.  I’ve started a fundraiser for us to help with the costs, my hope is to be able to try for at least 3 cycles as we don’t have any travel plans until the end of March.
