Hi, I’m Crystal. From the time I was a little girl, I knew one thing deep in my bones—I was meant to be a mother. There’s always been this quiet certainty inside me, this belief that my body was made to create and nurture life. But sometimes, life has other plans.
At 21, I was diagnosed with PCOS. The doctor’s words hit me like a gut punch: “Having children may be difficult or impossible.” I sobbed the whole way home, grieving a future I wasn’t ready to let go of. But over time, I learned there was still hope—maybe not the straightforward path I’d imagined, but hope all the same.
I spent years waiting for the right partner, the right moment, only to realize that time was slipping through my fingers. Relationships came and went, and with them, the dream of a “traditional” path to motherhood faded. But the longing never did. Now, at 36, I’m standing at a crossroads—one where I’ve decided to take this journey into my own hands.
IVF is my best chance at building the family I’ve always dreamed of. But the cost is staggering—medications, procedures, and the emotional toll of uncertainty add up fast. That’s why I’m turning to my community, to the people who’ve cheered me on through every twist and turn. Every donation, no matter the size, brings me one step closer to holding my baby in my arms.
I know this road won’t be easy, but I also know it’s worth it. With your help, I can rewrite the ending to my story—one where love, perseverance, and the kindness of others make motherhood possible. Thank you for being part of this journey with me. Your support means more than words can say.
