My name is Courtney and my fiancé's name is Mitchell. We are both U.S. Navy veterans which is where we met 6 years ago. Mitchell has a severely low sperm count due to getting injured while serving in the military. We are unable to conceive naturally but are trying really hard not to let that stop us from starting our family. I new I wanted to be a mommy even when I was a little girl.
