Hi! My name is Brandi and my wife's name is Kimberly. We have been together 6 beautiful years and have one beautiful son that was a success from IUI and are wanting to build our family. We have loved every minute of parenthood and want nothing more than for our baby boy to have a sibling. A little about us: We are both social workers! My wife works in a school and I work in mental health. We love being outdoors, hiking, cooking, sports, and being with family. Our son is sooo loved and it was a wonderful journey to have him! Why we are in need: Because we are both social workers, we do not make much but we do what we do because we love helping people in need. We have attempted to save for 2 years after having our first son but have been unsuccessful. Unfortunately our insurance does not cover anything towards fertility treatment. So the costs become pretty hefty. For our first son, we spent a total of just over $5000. Buying sperm from a bank cost $1000 each which we had to buy 2 vials to be successful with IUI. All the tests, doctor visits, medications, and procedure totaled around $3,000. We understand many people are in need and would appreciate anything at all. Thank you!
