Hello, we are Cara and Kaity and we are working on growing our family. In 2006, I (Cara) had a grapefruit sized cyst that required my entire left ovary be removed. I was devastated as I was haunted as to how this would impact ability to have biological children. Fast forward to 2021 - we got married and began plans to grow our family. After learning I (Cara) have a low AMH (low egg count), and as an LGBT family, we knew we were facing an uphill battle. We have been trying to conceive since early 2021, having a failed IUI attempt, 2 egg retrievals, 2 embryo transfers with 1 confirmed pregnancy loss and 1 failure to implant.
