Chris and Brandi’s IVF Journey

My husband Chris, a firefighter who runs toward challenges, and I, Brandi, who build futures for students, have always believed in facing things together. Our greatest challenge has been one we never saw coming, infertility. We were diagnosed with male factor infertility. We changed everything, our diets, our habits, and fought hard to improve our numbers. But after two failed IUIs and more negative tests than we can count, we’ve had to accept that we need a different path. That path is IVF. It’s our most hopeful chance, but it’s one we face with a heavy reality. Our insurance offers no coverage for IVF treatments. The entire financial burden is on us.
