Six years ago, when I was just 22 and a young mom to my daughter, I received a difficult diagnosis: high grade dysplasia. To protect my health, my doctor recommended removing my fallopian tubes. It was a scary time, but thankfully, the condition cleared and I've been healthy since. Today, I'm blessed to be in a loving relationship with an amazing man'a wonderful partner and a devoted father to my daughter and my 2 bonus children! Our hearts are full, but they have room to grow. We long to have a child together and complete our family. Because of my past surgery, we are unable to conceive naturally. Our path to pregnancy requires IVF, a process that comes with significant financial and emotional weight.
