Our names are Dan and Amber and we have been together for 10 years, married for 8. We love each other and our three cats very much and would like to add a baby to our family. Amber was diagnosed with a serious digestive disorder 17 years ago and has been trying for many years to get it under control so that she can safely get pregnant. Unfortunately, her doctors have continued to advise her against getting pregnant so we are ready to try another option. We have had to deal with many difficulties and disappointments over the past few years but have remained positive and are committed to starting a family. We are hoping to get help to ease some of the financial burden of surrogacy. We both have good jobs, a supportive network of friends and family and can provide a stable, loving and fun environment for a child but we are also still paying off student loans, paying a mortgage and have to deal with high medical costs for Amber so adding a large loan for surrogacy would be difficult.
