Becoming parents is a dream that my husband and I deeply hope to experience. We have prayed, planned, and held onto the hope of building a family together. IVF has given us hope that this dream can become a reality, but the financial cost of treatment has been a major obstacle for us. We are applying for the Gift of Parenthood grant because receiving financial assistance would mean more to us than just help with medical expenses. It would give us an opportunity to move forward with something that means so much to our hearts—the chance to become parents. We understand that there are many families hoping for the same opportunity, and we would be incredibly grateful to be considered. If selected, this grant would bring us one step closer to welcoming a child into our family. We would never take that opportunity for granted, and we would be forever grateful for the people who helped make our dream of parenthood possible. How we'll use the funds: This grant would pay for the service for me and the procedure for my husband to, which is extract sperm since he has a vasectomy.
