Elaine & Joaquín’s IVF Journey Becoming a mother has been one of my greatest dreams. My partner, Joaquín, and I have been on a long journey to build our family. Due to infertility and my medical history, IVF is our best opportunity to have a biological child. This journey has been filled with hope, determination, and many challenges. We have spent months attending medical appointments, completing testing, and preparing for treatment. Every step has brought us closer to our dream, but it has also come with significant financial hardship. Although I have health insurance, it does not cover all of the expenses related to IVF. We are now at the point where we are trying to determine how we will pay for the treatment. We have worked hard, saved as much as we can, and made sacrifices, but the remaining costs are still beyond what we can comfortably afford. We are both hardworking people who believe deeply in the importance of family. Receiving support through this fundraiser would ease a tremendous financial burden and give us the opportunity to move forward with treatment without delaying our dream because of financial limitations. Becoming parents would be one of the greatest blessings of our lives. We are ready to provide a loving, stable, and supportive home for a child.
