Hi my name is Melanie. My husband Erik and I have tried to have children on and off for the past 8 years being unsuccessful. I have endometriosis endo for short. It is a disease where tissue that normally lines the uterus grows outside the uterus creating lesions and endometriomas that cause pain, hormonal imbalances, irregular bleeding and such. This disease can cause infertility which is how we ended up going to an infertility specialist/hormone endocrinologist. The Dr ran some tests and determined the best plan of action would be IVF for best chances of conceiving. With that being said we are not “rolling in the dough” and are facing upwards of $22,000 plus for this procedure and medications that come with it. So we are asking if anyone would be willing to donate for us to be able to have this expensive procedure. Even $5 can make a difference, every little bit helps!
