Hi! We’re Mike and Katelyn! We’ve been close friends for 18 years after meeting as interns at RoadRunner Records. We make a great team and decided to marry in August 2020 on Katelyn's grandparents' anniversary.  Katelyn teaches middle school ELA and Mike works freelance in video production. We worked hard to purchase our own home in 2022 and want nothing more than to fill it with love. Unfortunately, at 10 years old Katelyn was diagnosed with Turner Syndrome. TS is a chromosomal disorder that targets the X chromosome and inhibits reproductive development. This means that we’re unable to have biological children of our own. Honestly speaking, this has left her with a massive hole in her heart and lots of love with nowhere to go. While we love our two fur babies, Mia and Luna, to death, we would love to expand our family and adopt. We have listed the total amount of the average adoption. We also plan on applying for adoption grants. Unfortunately, that is not guaranteed. If any money is unused it will be set aside for our (hopeful) child’s education or re-donated to another couple on this site. Thank you all for your love and support! The Falcones <3
