Fertility Help!

Hi my name is Katrina and I am 37 years old. I was diagnosed with blocked Fallopian tubes in 2021 and my entire life changed shortly after. I have spent the last year researching and trying different natural solutions with no luck. After my engagement ended I became focused on my health and now that I am in a better place I can think of nothing I want and need in my life right now more than a baby.
