My husband and I have been together for going on 13 years now. He has a son from a previous relationship, but I have been in his life since he was about 8 months old and he will be 13 in April of this year. I look at our son no different than he was my own. He is my boy. lol We have been trying to conceive for years now and when we finally did back in 2019 what I thought was one the great moment of our lives ended in tragedy. Unfortunately, we lost our Babygirl due to a miscarriage. We were and have been devastated ever since. Our boy still talks about all the things he would've been teaching her and how she would've been playing hockey with him. Breaks my heart more every day but the daydreaming from both my son and husband about the thought of our little girl still being there keeps giving me hope that she will come back to us. I have PCOS so it's been a real struggle for us to conceive naturally and recently told by the doctor that we will need to try IVF to have a successful conception. Only problem there is insurance covers nothing and we have exhausted every avenue we possible could have. We just want to grow our family and finally bring our Babygirl home to us.
