We are just a young gay couple in West Virginia who had dreamed of having a child of our own for years, even before we got together. If we could, we would love a little girl that we could name Emma, but any child at all will be a blessing. We just recently bought a home and will be paying on that, plus our vehicles, for years. With financing costs of a surrogacy being upwards of $150,000, it seems like it would be forever (if ever) before we could have a child of our own. Therefore, we are just seeing if there would be any kind of support out there for us to finally achieve our dream of having a family.
