For sweet baby

Hello my name is Shameka. I though have my tube tie was oky after I lose my daughter twin during pregnancy. I really went through a hard time thinking the man I was with love me and didn't want anymore kids. So I thought it was good idea until he left us. Now I'm with my soon to be husband and we want kids together but it's hard because having my tube tie , I lose the kid at the beginning of deployments. I keep have pregnancy levels that are low but nothing to come back positive. I really appreciate everyone that is has helped out. I just want my family to one without another heartbroken miscarriages. Thank you for reading
