Their story

Having a family has always been my goal, for my little brother and I. After growing up in foster-care, and having virtually no other family members, we wanted to experience normalcy and familial support. Even if it wasn't going to be for us, it would be for our next generation. I want to give my children what I never had. Family starts somewhere and we would be the beginners! Unfortunately, in my very last foster home, I experienced a traumatic brain injury from a near- fatal motor vehicle accident. I was found to be paralyzed after waking from a three-month coma and had sustained some injuries. I also lost a fallopian tube. I didn't think so much of it because I was a teenager, but now, at 41, I know the importance. Additionally, my one good fallopian tube is blocked! I actually found love last year and got married. So my hopes and dreams of a family can be a reality. It seems like a family is just out of my reach. Please help me bare children; it is my biggest goal. I've made it through foster-care; I have my degree; I have a great husband and want so much to have children that I dream about it every night. Thank you for reading.
