My name is Christen, I am mother of two beautiful girls who are my muse and the wife of the greatest man I know. After the birth of my second daughter I had to have my tubes removed with bilateral salpingectomy. a procedure to completely remove both (bilateral) fallopian tubes due to risk of cancer this was my drs recommendation. However, I would still like to have another child but cannot naturally. Any help would be greatly appreciated beyond words.
