Help Akim and Ariana cover the cost of IVF meds

Hi! My name is Ariana. I’m 33, and I have tubal infertility. My partner, Akim, and I have been trying to conceive naturally for 3 years now as our doctor gave us a very low chance of conceiving naturally, but IVF is our best chance at starting a family. We hoped to begin our first IVF cycle in September of this year, but IVF medication costs were too high. For an egg retrieval, medication costs start at $5,000 (on top of IVF cycle costs). I suppose it’s another $5,000 or so for embryo transfer medications as well, so we are saving up the best we can! I just got a second job at Starbucks because they pay for about $25,000 of fertility costs after 4-5 months of working there. My heart goes out to all couples finding the best pathway to parenthood, whether it’s through adoption, surrogacy, embryo adoption, IUI’s, IVF, or fertility medications! We all have a common goal. We hope to receive a little help as it is our Christmas wish (heck, everyday wish) to finally have our miracle child!
