My name is Christopher and my fiancée is Jean. I have been infertile my entire life due to cryptorchidism, or an undescended testicle when I was born. Cryptorchidism is the most common congenital condition affecting male genitalia and leads to fertility issues, testicular cancer, testicular torsion, inguinal hernias, and psychological impacts. We have tried to conceive naturally, but due to my infertility we have been unsuccessful and have to look towards other options such as IVF. Unfortunately, the cost of IVF is expensive. Jean and I want to give her daughter, Jenny and son, John a baby sibling and grow our family together. Jenny and John are also looking forward to being elder siblings to a new baby brother or sister.
