help carmen & Jorge on our dreams to be parents

our names is carmen and Jorge, we’ve been married for 15 years and been struggling with infertility for the last 10 years and two miscarriages, I just had a laparoscopic surgery because i had endometriosis, ovarian cyst on both side and fibroid and fluid in one my tube( which is blocked and doesn’t work anymore) for those that doesn’t know this is a procedure to remove cysts. I will be 41 years old soon and my time is running out my husband and I been wanting to be parents for long and I know will are going to be loving parents, so we would be gladly appreciated if you could help our cause with anything contribution. thank you in advance for all of your help! god bless you all
