Hi my name is Courtney Blevins! Me and my husband (Andrew) have been trying to conceive since October 2020. I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome(PCOS), this has played a huge role in our infertility. We plan to use the money towards IUI and IVF treatment to help us conceive our first child and start our family.
