Help for Baby Smith

My name is Jerrilynn and as some of you may know me and my wife are trying to have a baby. I have PCOS so it is hard for me to carry and she has multiple health issues that want allow her to carry. We did try at home insemination with her twice about two years ago with no luck. We started our journey of IVF about two months ago. They're taking her eggs and putting them in me so I can carry. We did know it's a little pricey an was prepared. But we got news a few days ago that they are charging us a extra 20k upfront to do the procedure because she is diabetic. They will have to do one day surgery instead of in the office. If anyone would like to help us out anything is appreciated. I just want to make my wife a mommy like she's always wanted to be.
