My name is Heather Ristvedt. This is extremely embarrassing for me as I never ask for help but I have exhausted my resources and I’ve had no luck after 4 cycles of IVF all out of pocket. Apparently it’s about impossible to find any fertility coverage in my state. We have no children. I wanted to wait til I was married but apparently I’ve waited too long. I don’t have a great option for clinics in my city so have been traveling out of state which has also added up. I e also had 2 failed cycles so thousands of dollars down in addition to the 4 cycles. Around 100,000 spent already. I have 2 sister in my family but no one has had kids and my parents would love a grandchild. Unfortunately they are not in a position to help me. I’m looking for any help that anyone has to offer. We both have great jobs and have a lot to offer a child.
