Their story

Keith and I have been trying to conceive for two years now. While I know it may not seem like a long time for some, month after month of negative pregnancy tests, it seems like an eternity. After a year of trying on our own with no success, we reached out to my Obgyn to help with any options. We were told to just try for 6 more months and come back. If anyone knows me (Jamie), you know that I didn't accept that as an answer. After all, we are not getting any younger. After reseraching fertility help in the area, we found one we thought would be good. We had been working with this fertility center doing IUI cycles and they kept tell us that everything looked good but we were still not getting any results. Month after month of false hopes. When questioning this, they were not able to provide any kind of reasoning as to why. After a year, we reached out to get a second opionion. This Dr was able to tell us in 5 minutes what the problem is. I have a low egg reserve so the best possible course to concieve is IVF. This process is not covered by either of our insurace plans. That being said, we will need to pay completly out pocket. While both of us have a really hard time asking for help we can not think of any other way to get the financial backing we need in such a short peroid of time. We understand that this is a big ask but we are hoping that our friends and family may help support our decision. Any money raised will be solely used for the fertility treatments and medications. Update

Hello everyone! Again we would like to thank everyone for their donations. We have had so much support from everyone and we can not truly thank you enough. We are getting closer to our goal everyday and will hopefully have enough money to get started with the process. We will continue to post updates as they are available. Again, from the bottom of our heart we appreciate you all and look forward to what the future has instore for us.
