My name is Cherise. My husband Josh and I have been trying to conceive for 5 years. We did end up pregnant naturally after a year and a half of trying, but it ended in a miscarriage. Got pregnant a week later and that also ended in a miscarriage. Now almost 4 years later, we have not been able to get pregnant at all. It’s devastating. All my life I dreamt of being a mom, even when I was a little girl, and someone asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, I’d say “a mommy”. I am 31 and my husband is 30, and we want so desperately to have a baby soon. We want to try fertility drugs and or IVF but it is too expensive for us even with both of us working full time.
