Help Kelli & Zac start a family

My name is Kelli (29) and my husband is Zac (26). We have been together for 7 years. We have been trying for a baby for 5 years. We went to get checked out last year to find out why we couldn’t get pregnant and found out I had a mass on my left ovary and fallopian tube. They thought it was cancer and I had to have surgery to have it removed this past November. We were happy to find out it wasn’t cancer but we also found out my right side is abnormal. My doctor said we would need help to get pregnant after I healed up. We have done tests on both of us since to see what the next steps are but we don’t know anything yet. We do know it’s going to cost a lot and we don’t have money to afford it now. Any help would be great as we are getting started on this journey together for the first time. Thank you for reading this.
