My name is Michael I'm writing this to ask for help which is something I don't usually do my wife cannot have children and I knew that marrying her but we've talked about it and the only way we could try is in vitro she's 42 so we have to do this fast we found a place in the Philippines where it takes our percentage up to 60% here in the United States it's only 8%. This gives me hope because I just want to be a dad something that I didn't share with her because I gave up that idea to have her so if anybody could help I would so appreciate it it would be a miracle
