I don't usually ask for help but this is something I need help with me and my wife have been married for 5 years when I'm married her I knew she could not have children and I gave up that part of my life even though I wanted a family she didn't know I always dreamed about being a dad it's just something I didn't talk about with her because of the circumstances well after talking and looking into it she would be able to do IVF with her age the best place to go is in Philippines it's a 60% chance in the United States is only 8% because she's 42 I'm on a deadline here someone please help it'll be so much appreciated God bless everyone
