Help me and my wife with or ivf Journey

My name is Michelle Green I work at the hospital and my wife works for fedex we have been trying to have a baby for 15 years off and on . Failed IUI treatments. We just got ok to move forward with IVF I do have insurance and haven’t meet my deductible yet so I have to pay close 3000 to get my treatments started. We both really want this in life for us and both want kids we just don’t have the funds to pay for the treatments and medication. Anything helps. We have been together for 16 years married for 7 years my wife is the love of my life.
