My name is Brooke I'm 25 years old and I have been diagnosed with PCOS and hypothyroidism, it is Mt dream to be a Mother, my fiance and I have been trying for 6 years, we've gone through many tests and clomid and have had no luck. I've also tried herbal supplements and lifestyle changes and diets over the last several years. We would like to take the next steps towards IVF
