Help me conceive my 2nd baby please

Hello everyone me and my fiancé have always been trying to conceive since day one it’s been depressing and very hard I have one daughter at the moment and just want another little to add on to my family my fiancé has two other kids but we want a little with our dna to love on I can’t afford these treatments and don’t know what else to do my last pregnancy wasn’t good at all I suffer through blood lost and bad blood clots in 2016 worst experience ever traumatizing very much if you guys can help us out it would be very generous thank you to the ones who actually took the time out to read this it will probably go notice cause what are the chances of anyone helping us
