Hey my name is Jaymie potts I am 25. I have 3 kids .there ages are 5,4,3. After my 3rd child I had my tubes removed . At a very young age I made the decision to get my tubes removed. Me and my boyfriend is wanting a little boy of our own. We know it's very expensive to have the IVF done. With your help plz make our dreams come true to have our lil boy or girl.
