My name is Liset Guevara. I have a unicornuate uterus, which is a congenital malformation of the uterus. I have a half uterus and only one fallopian tube, which makes it difficult to conceive and/or carry a pregnancy to full term. For the last 10 years I have tried to conceive naturally only to have multiple miscarriages. I did IVF twice but my insurance will not cover more than three cycles per life birth. I obviously have no money to pay out of pocket. I have 10 embryos I would like to use until the treatment works. I am 38 years old, already running out of time. I would love to be given the opportunity to keep trying until I can get pregnant.
