My name is Liz. My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for the last 2 years. I just recently found out my fallopian tubes are blocked and our only hope is through IVF. I had a baby very young and chose adoption for him thinking I would be able to have more children when the time was right for me, since I was able to get pregnant and have a healthy baby then. Now 17 years later, I never imagined I would be told that wasn’t the case and would be left feeling like I may have given up on my only chance of being a mother. I have 2 beautiful step children that my husband and I have full custody of, but I ache to have a child together.
