Jasmine and I have dreamed of becoming mothers and building a family together. After a lot of love, conversations, research, and planning, we’ve chosen reciprocal IVF as the path that will allow us both to be part of creating our baby. Jasmine has health challenges that make carrying a pregnancy extremely difficult and risky for her. Because of this, our plan is for Jasmine to provide the eggs, while I carry our baby. This allows both of us to be involved in the process and is extremely meaningful to us both. We are currently in the process of navigating fertility treatment and preparing for the next steps, but the financial cost has been one of the biggest obstacles standing between us and the family we’ve dreamed of. Even with insurance, fertility treatment comes with significant expenses, and many of the costs involved are not fully covered. We’re raising funds to help cover the costs of IVF treatment, medications, procedures, testing, and the many expenses that come with this journey.
