My name is Sandra, and I’m married to Evan. I’m 32 and he’s 26. Ever since we married in 2020, Evan has been wanting to have a child! I have 2 children myself, from a previous marriage. Before I had my kids, I had 2 missed miscarriages, which resulted in severe uterine infections, and emergency surgeries. I found out in February 2014 that I have an MTHFR mutation, and that’s what caused my losses. Fast forward to October of 2014, I was 32 weeks pregnant with my son, and developed severe pre eclampsia. He was born at 33 weeks and spent 2 weeks in the NICU. In April of 2015, I got pregnant with my daughter, and again got severe pre eclampsia and delivered early. During my C-section, my tubes were removed. I’m unable to have a tubal reversal, so my only option to give my husband the baby he so desperately wants, is IVF.
